It's hard to imagine what level of influence can control highly educated professional people to the extent of ignoring all their training and knowledge. This problem with temperature measurement has been highlighted for some time now and the Met Office has failed to answer the critics and provide any defence. Either they believe themselves to be right and no defence or investigation is necessary or they are prevented from doing so. All our institutions seem to be operating in this way now.
You’re right. We’re seen as pesky irritants. As with Brexit they ignored the vote result confident in the knowledge that they’d get away with it. They not only dislike being questioned they barely expect to be anymore with a mainstream media that is no longer investigative simply a mouthpiece of the ruling class.

Many years ago, the World Meteorological Organization became the ideological buddie of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Our UK Met Office is a mere off-shoot of this arrangement (with a Supercomputer.) Thus, we should not be surprised to find bias in its forecasts.
What's extraordinary is how easy it is to uncover what's going on - they don't hide it because no one looks into it, and they have such control of the media that anyone who does will be labelled a conspiracy theorist.
Yes, it is extraordinary. Maybe it's due to the power of propaganda - to which the world has been subjected at manifold levels and in countless ways for decades. And to the power of money, people's gullibility and the utter betrayal of the media, scientists and many who should have known better. Dr. Stephen Schneider springs to mind, but we must not speak ill of the dead.
I read this and shared as much as possible - very brilliantly put. But let's not forget the majority of people aren't even aware they are allowed to question the 'settled' science. We are seen as fringe 'climate deniers'.
Tell me about it! When I put out such an email, I Bcc over 50 friends and acquaintances but I seldom get any acknowledgement, and most studiously avoid raising the subject. I’ve been told I’m a crank, down a rabbit hole, etc. I’m wondering if after 2 years of such emails, some are maybe starting to think I’ve been right all along but don’t want to admit that they may have done irretrievable harm to their own health.
Anyone suggesting that he climate isn’t changing due to burning of fossil fuels by mankind are immediately dismissed as climate deniers - despite this including the imminent scientists signing World Climate Declaration that there is no climate emergency. Yet no one I know - other than those who were already on board during the masks/vaccine con - is even slightly engaged with how we’re being conned. I can;t really be bothered anymore. They think I'm a victim of misinformation - I guess assuming that they are impervious to such influences !
It’s a sadly intractable problem. Most people are too busy getting on with their own lives and rely solely on the MSM for their news and information. Most wouldn’t have a clue how to access sites like the Daily Sceptic or Paul Homewood. The problem is that we are being lied to and brainwashed on such a colossal scale that the “unawakened” would never believe it possible. In the USA they have 800 so-called weather stations that no longer work or report back so they make up the data. Unbelievable - or is it these days?
